Honey Spice Cake Recipe
- 4 oz all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 + 1/8 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 5.5 oz Populum Orange + CBD Raw Honey
- 2.5 oz melted butter
- 2 oz brewed coffee
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2.Combine dry ingredients and gently whisk them together
- 3.In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients
- 4.Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until evenly incorporated
- 5.Bake in an oiled loaf pan or in muffin cups in a 350 degree oven until the surface springs back and a toothpick comes out clean. (Approximately 20 minutes for a loaf and 10 minutes for muffins)
- 6.Serve with poached pears, roasted apples, or your favorite ice cream
