Which Concentration Level is Right for Me?

by Kate Bunton

One question we hear a lot at Populum is “How much CBD hemp oil should I take?” Our best answer for this is: it depends. That might sound like a cop out, but like any other health or wellness product, what you need versus what someone else might need depends on a variety of factors. That being said, we have few things for you to think about before jumping in.

Here at Populum, we offer full-spectrum, premium hemp oil in three different concentrations:

- Basic 250mg
- Signature 500mg
- Advanced 1000mg

In many ways, all of our CBD hemp oil concentrations will provide you with the same experience.

You’re getting the same quality and quantity of oil in each bottle.

The only difference is the strength of the oil. Regardless of concentration, every single batch is extracted from the highest quality hemp, grown by farmers right here in the USA. All batches are tested through the same third-party lab, and you’ll receive those results in your box. It’s then packaged at a GMP Certified facility, where each offering is placed in the same 1oz bottles. The suggested serving size of 1ml is consistent across all bottles, each containing around 30 servings.

They all offer our delicious orange flavor.

When we started Populum, we found that one of the most common deterrent against trying CBD hemp oil was that people don’t enjoy taking bitter supplements. Most CBD oils have a strong earthy taste, so we worked on creating a subtle and delicious orange flavor that makes for a more pleasurable experience administering the oil every day. No matter the strength of CBD in your hemp oil, you’ll be tasting a sweet orange essence rather than dirt.

But what’s the difference between the concentrations?

If you’re unfamiliar with CBD hemp oil, it can be really confusing when deciding where to start. So how do you differentiate between the levels of concentration, and what’s the right choice for you?

  • Basic 250mg: This is a great option if it’s your first time trying CBD hemp oil. As the lowest concentration, the Basic 250 allows you to test out CBD at a safe, low dosage. The Basic 250 contains 8mg of CBD per serving, and many people experience the wellness benefits of CBD at this level
  • Signature 500mg: This is our most popular offering, and a great way to experiment with dosage. If you’re truly lost as to where to start, a half-serving of the Signature 500 will give you the same dose of CBD as our Basic 250, and two droppers is equivalent to a serving of the Advanced 1000. At this level, you have plenty of room to figure out what the best level of concentration is for your needs and decide which bottle to purchase next. The Signature 500 contains 17mg of CBD in each serving, and is a top choice amongst our subscribers who have established a daily regimen of CBD hemp oil
  • Advanced 1000mg: Sometimes you just need more. This is this highest concentration we offer, and it contains 33mg of CBD per serving. We don’t recommend using the Advanced 1000 as your starting point, but we have plenty of customers who find they just aren’t getting what they need from our Signature 500, and this level offers a little extra.

Then What?

Ultimately we want to make sure that whichever option you choose, you’re able to give it a real, honest try before you commit. All our bottles come with a 30-day, risk-free trial. You can use your bottle for 30 days - you can even finish it - and if it just doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund your purchase, no questions asked. What’s more, we want to make sure you have the assistance you need; from the time you choose where to start, your experience as you try out different doses, and all the way through your subscription decision, we make ourselves available to you when you need us. We have dedicated customer service representatives standing by who are ready to answer your email, chat, or phone call whenever you need some suggestions. This is about you and your wellness, and we’re here for you every step of the way.
